Laminated elastomeric bearings

Steel-reinforced bearings molded and vulcanize-bonded in-house to AASHTO M 251 and state DOT specs. Send the drawing, or the plan size, total thickness, shim count, durometer and quantity.

Unreinforced pads in natural rubber or neoprene, molded and cut to your size. The quick-turn workhorse for precast, steel and timber spans.

Steel shims

Flat steel shim plates plasma-cut in-house. Standard work runs 11–14 gauge; our table cuts up to ¾ in. Thicker plate is available on quote through our steel suppliers.

Hot-dip galvanized threaded rod and anchor bolts with the nuts and washers to match, kitted per your list so the hardware shows up with the bearings, not after them.

How ordering works

  1. Send your specs. Sizes, quantities, material or durometer, and any cert requirements — the form covers it.
  2. We confirm the numbers. Price, lead time and freight back to you before anything is built. Nothing is charged up front.
  3. Approve and pay by invoice. We send a QuickBooks invoice you can pay by card. Parts ship by FedEx or LTL freight, or pick up at the shop in Columbus.

Certification packages — certificate of conformance, test results and AASHTO M 251 documentation — are available on bearing orders. Just note it in the form.
